  • Rental hours include setup and teardown time.

  • All-day rentals include 10 hours of access to the venue. Weekend events must be a minimum of 3 hours long; weekdays a minimum of 2 hours.

  • 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking to hold event date and time.

  • Deposit remainder due 2 weeks prior to event.
